Our privacy policy is simple. We WILL NEVER sell your email address or personal information, EVER.

Any emails you receive from us on behalf of sponsors are brokered and delivered via 360|Conferences, Corp. Sponsors never see the list of recipients, or their information.

From time to time we make demographic data available to people for reporting on our attendence and reach. That data is stripped of personal identifiable information to protect your privacy.

We do not believe in selling, renting, leasing, or subletting :) our attendee contact information.

FACEBOOK: So who know’s what Facebook will do privacy wise, but our rule still stands. Whether we get any info or whatever from you ‘liking’ our facebook event page, it won’t be shared. At all.

Code of Conduct: Our Code of Conduct is a living document, you can see it here. It applies to all our events.

Cancellation Policy: In the unfortunate event that we cancel the conference, only the registration fee will be reimbursed 100%. Hotel and airfare are the responsibility of the attendees.

Refund policy: Full refunds are available up until 3 weeks before the conference, no penalties. After that we’ve committed to those numbers for SWAG, etc. and are unable to offer any refunds on conference registration.

We do not prohibit the transfering of registrations to another person.
